A/S신청하실때 좀더 편리한 방법을 안내해드립니다.

1. 유선으로 032-812-3883 A/S센터로 유선 접수를 한다.

2. 하단의 첨부파일에서 접수증을 출력 하신 후  기입내용에 맞게 상,하단을 기입한다.

3. 절취선을 잘라, 하단부분은 신청자가 보관하고, 상단은 A/S요청 제품 안에 동봉하여 센터로 발송한다.

4. A/S 센터에서 물품을 인수 후 조치내용을 확인하여 진행상황을 유선으로 안내해 드리겠습니다.

아주 쉽죠?...위 방법으로 접수하시면 좀더 빠르고 정확하게 A/S진행상황을 공유하실 수 있습니다.
